SARCO Schedule of Fee for Mediation (Effective 1 January 2025)

The Schedule of Fees for Mediation (“Schedule”), as amended from time to time by SARCO, forms an integral part of the Rules of Procedure for Mediation (SARCO Mediation Rules) and apply to all mediations commenced after its effective date

SARCO receives funding from Member States and imposes charges solely to cover service expenses, maintaining transparency, equity, and competitiveness in all fees. This is distinct from other major institutions and aims to be economical.

Our pricing model incorporates fixed charges along with arbitration and administration fees that combines fixed components with percentage-based calculations. All fixed charges are non-refundable to ensure consistency and predictability.
