SARCO is in the process of establishing a Panel of Expert Witnesses, following the same nomination procedure as its Panel of Arbitrators.

Expert witnesses are generally expected to be seasoned professionals with the following qualifications:

• A postgraduate degree (Doctorate preferred);
• Experience in arbitration as an expert witness, and tribunal member or secretary; and
• Accreditation or membership in a recognized professional body (Preferred).

Professionals from various sectors are eligible.
