SARCO Schedule of Fee for Arbitration (Effective 1 January 2025)

The Schedule of Fees for Arbitration (“Schedule”), as amended from time to time by SARCO, forms an integral part of the Rules of Procedure for Arbitration (SARCO Arbitration Rules) and apply to all arbitrations commenced after its effective date.

SARCO receives funding from Member States and imposes charges solely to cover service expenses, maintaining transparency, equity, and competitiveness in all fees. This is distinct from other major arbitral institutions and aims to be economical.

Our pricing model incorporates fixed charges along with arbitration and administration fees that combines fixed components with percentage-based calculations. All fixed charges are non-refundable to ensure consistency and predictability. For details on arbitration costs, Click here
